Absences, Withdrawal, and Refund Policies

MAAC 2019-2020 club year will be divided into 4 quarters, each quarter has 6 meetings. The 2nd quarter has an extra date for a field trip to be billed separately. Another activity/field trip TBA in the 4th quarter insha Allah.

First Quarter

September: 20, 27

October: 4, 11, 18, 25

Second Quarter

November: 1, 8, 15, 22, (29-Thanksgiving Break)

December: 6, 13, (20-Field Trip), (27-Winter Break)

Third Quarter

January: (3-Winter Break) 10, 17, 24, 31

February: 7, 14

Fourth Quarter

Feb: 21, (28-Prep for MA Annual Fundraiser Break)

March: 6, 13, 20, (27-Spring Break)

April: (3-Spring Break), 10, 17

* Cost per Quarter: First youth $120, siblings $105 (each), and current Minaret middle school students (7th and 8th grades only) $90. A special discount for children of Minaret staff.

* Payment is due one week before the start of a new quarter.

* If your youth have a prior commitment and will be absent for more than one meeting , you are required to send an email to notify MAAC administration with the specific dates of the absences one week PRIOR to the start of the new quarter. Otherwise you will be responsible for the full payment of that quarter. For one missed meeting, full quarter payment is required. For two or more missed meetings, you will be charged $25 per meeting for the meetings that your youth will be attending.

* If you are not planning to continue for the new quarter, you are responsible to send an email to notify MAAC administration one week PRIOR to the start of the new quarter. Otherwise you will be responsible for the full payment of the new quarter.

* Program fees are non-refundable.

* Dismissal time is at 9:45 pm. Parents should be at the center for pick-up at 9:40 pm sharp. A late pick-up fee of $10 will be charged at 9:50 pm and $1 per minute thereafter.

Filming and Photography Consent

SIGNATURES

(Name/s of Applicant/s) of the Filming and Photography consent and release of liability before admitting my child/children to MAAC 2019-2020 program.

If parents/guardians wish their child NOT to be photographed , video-taped, live streamed, or recorded, please check the box below. It is the responsibility of the participating youth to dis-engage him/herself from the photography/recording event/session and not the responsibility of MAAC team1 to do so.
